Tasting Notes

Cinnamon, dark chocolate and overripe banana aromas melt seamlessly with rum spice and oak notes on the nose. Flavors of baking spices and blackstrap molasses support plum and banana notes, while fudge and roasted coffee linger long on the palate. Light wood tannins, rum and cinnamon remain in the aftertaste with banana and other fruit notes reappearing with every exhale.
