Need a beer intermission? Join us for a night featuring Cigar City Spirits Rum- Florida’s first three-chamber distilled rum, made in-house.

We’ll be serving four unique craft cocktails made with Cigar City Rum, barrel-aged old fashioneds served from a barrel, and will have rum bottles available for purchase.

Don’t worry, there will still be plenty of beer flowing!

Three Chamber Rum– Born from a pre-prohibition style three-chamber still, our rum honors a nearly forgotten chapter of American distilling. Unlike modern continuous systems, this slower, hands-on method preserves rich flavor oils, building depth and character that only this unique process can create.

True to our spirit of doing things differently, we envisioned a rum that stands apart. Crafted from rich black strap molasses, it unfolds with lush tropical notes, layered complexity, and a whisper of ripe banana.

A labor of devotion, each batch is truly hecho a mano.

Pilfer & Profit: Florida-aged Rum– Wealth isn’t only measured in coin.  Like the pirates of yore who sailed the western shores of Florida, we hunt for something greater to fill our purses.  In our case, it is the richest rums we can find, which we now share with you in celebration.  While the spirits come and go, our goal stays the same: we pilfer, you profit.
